Do you only book your own talents, or any talent?
We are service-neutral. We book any talent who fits the brief, from our in-house talents, from our partner agencies across Europe and beyond, or from active street/online scouting if the brief needs new faces. Our commercial interest is the casting fee, not pushing our own talent. This is the structural difference between Moi Models and a casting agency that only sells its own book.
How quickly can you turn around a casting board?
Five working days from brief to first board, in the typical case. Tight turnarounds (48 to 72 hours) are possible when the brief is clear and budget is confirmed, we lean on existing relationships with partner agencies for fast option requests.
Can you handle casting for campaigns shot outside Italy?
Yes. Our network covers Italy (Milan · Naples · Rome), Switzerland (HQ), and partner agencies in Paris, Hamburg, Munich, London, Barcelona, Athens, Istanbul, New York and Melbourne. For shoots in those cities we coordinate the casting from Zurich and produce locally with the partner agency.
What is the cost structure for casting direction?

Can you handle non-fashion casting?
Fashion (campaigns, lookbooks, editorial) and commercial (advertising, e-commerce, TVC) are our core. Music videos, indie film and content for digital platforms we evaluate case-by-case, usually yes if the brief is clear and the timing works.
Do you handle talent contracts and usage rights?
Yes. Contracts under Swiss law, usage rights tailored to the campaign scope (territory, channels, duration), exclusivities, buyouts. We protect the brand on the rights side and the talent on the day-rate side, clean negotiation upfront prevents disputes later.
