Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the moimodels.com website, operated by Elizabeth Reale Modelling, trading as Moi Models.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in the browser. They can allow the website to remember a choice, keep a feature working or collect information about browsing.

Other technologies, such as the browser’s session storage, can retain information without using cookies. This policy also describes such tools.

2. Cookies and similar technologies used

The first two entries are saved in the browser’s local storage (localStorage), remain on the device and are not sent to the server. The last two are actual cookies, written by Google Analytics, and are set only if you choose Accept in the notice. No entry is used for behavioural advertising.

3. Usage statistics

We use an internal system to count views of pages and of talent profiles and interactions with the contact buttons and with the contact form: how many people start writing it and how many send it, without the content of the message.

The system records the device type, the language and the domain of the referring website, without retaining the full address of the referring page.

A temporary random identifier makes it possible to link the events of a single visit and is deleted by the browser when the tab is closed. Deleting the identifier from the browser is not, in itself, equivalent to the erasure of the events already received by the server.

The statistics system does not record IP addresses and does not use cookies for these counts. The data are used to produce aggregated statistics on the use of the website, without any purpose of behavioural advertising or of linking browsing across different websites.

Separately from the statistics, the technical services that make the website available and protect it may process IP addresses in security logs, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4, only with your consent. If you choose Accept in the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to measure visits and the use of the website: pages visited, origin, device and browser type, language, approximate location and interactions such as a click on email links or the sending of a form. We do not send Google the data you enter in the forms: your name, email address and the text of your message stay with us.

Google states that, for visitors from the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Google Analytics does not log or store the IP address: it uses it only to derive an approximate location and then discards it immediately. We have switched off Google signals, ad personalisation and the sharing of data with Google for other purposes, and we keep measurement data for 14 months. The legal bases and the recipients are described in the Privacy Policy.

Without your consent we do not load any Google script and we do not set the Google Analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page: measurement stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. Data already collected remains in Google Analytics until the end of the retention period.

4. Advertising tools and social media

We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising trackers. Google Analytics is used for measurement only, with its advertising features switched off, and only if you consent.

We do not use remarketing cookies or social buttons that automatically load third-party tracking scripts.

Links to social media may lead to external websites. Once they are opened, the processing of data on those websites is governed by the policies of their respective operators.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and other data stored by websites through your browser settings.

In that case, some preferences, such as the chosen theme or the choice made in the cookie notice, may not be remembered on subsequent visits.

Cookie settings do not necessarily control all the other technologies described on this page.

To change or withdraw your choice about measurement, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page of the website.

6. Changes

We will update this policy if the technologies used or their purposes change. Before activating processing that requires consent, we will request that it be given in accordance with the applicable law.
