No factory model with 200 girls on a contract sheet. We sign few, we invest in test shoots and coaching, we ramp bookings slowly. Long careers, not month-one burnouts.

From scout to placement
We scout active and passive, street scouting in Puglia and Italy, scouting trips abroad, online applications via Get scouted, recommendations from photographers we trust.
First test shoot with a photographer we know. Polaroid set front/profile/full body. Initial measurements. We see how the camera reads you, not just live.
Development contract (6 to 12 months). Multiple test shoots, posing work, on-set coaching, comp card production. We pay for all of this, never the talent.
We share your book with the right partner agencies based on market fit (commercial-leaning vs editorial, your look, your goals). We negotiate the mother-agency split.
Once placed, we coordinate bookings across markets. Direct booking through Moi remains available for clients who want the talent without going through the partner.

What does "mother agency" mean exactly?
A mother agency is the agency that first signs a talent and develops it. The mother agency then places that talent with other agencies (called "booking agencies") in markets where the talent could work better. The mother agency receives a share of every booking those partner agencies make. This is how the industry works for almost every European talent who works internationally.
What is your model fee commission?
Our models fee commission is 25% on booking rate.
Do I have to sign exclusively with you to be placed?
Yes during the development period (6–12 months), we invest in test shoots and comp cards, and that investment requires reciprocity.
What happens after i sign with Moi as my mother agency?
We build your career step by step. From developing your portfolio and image to identifying the right markets, introducing you to selected partner agencies and guiding you through placements, castings and bookings. Our role is to manage your development with a long-term perspective, making the right moves at the right time.
