Budget
Tell us the project, we shape the budget
No fixed price-list. A one-day editorial doesn't cost like a multi-country campaign. Send us the rough vision, the dates, and a budget range if you have one. We come back with a transparent line-item proposal. No hidden markups, no upfront commitment.

The questions we get most often from international art buyers, producers and brand teams planning a shoot with us, from Puglia to Switzerland to anywhere the brief leads.
What is the typical timeline from brief to wrap?
For a single-day we can be on-set in 3 to 5 weeks. A full campaign with multiple locations and casting normally runs 6 to 8 weeks from brief approval to wrap, including pre-production, tech scout and shoot days. Tight turnarounds are possible, we have delivered campaigns in under 10 days when the brief is ready and the locations are within our network.
How long does it take to get filming permits?
It depends on the territory. Private locations (masserias, villas, modernist houses) need only a contract with the owner, 24 to 72 hours. Public ground in Italian historic centres officially takes 15 working days but our existing municipal relationships in Puglia compress it to 7 to 10 days. In Switzerland, cantonal permits typically clear in 5 to 10 working days. For productions outside our home territories we activate local fixers in-country, lead time 2 to 3 weeks. Drone authorizations under the EU open category clear in around 5 working days across most of Europe.
Do you provide models, or do we need a separate casting agency?
We provide both. Moi Models is a fully operational model agency with an in-house selection of women, men and new faces, plus a dedicated casting direction team. For a typical fashion campaign we cover the entire talent pipeline within the same production. If your campaign requires international name talent we do not represent, we manage external bookings on your behalf.
Can you handle multi-country productions?
Yes. We lead productions across Italy, Switzerland, France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Greece, Turkey and beyond, integrating trusted local fixers in each country. You get a single point of contact, consolidated invoicing, and one production team accountable end-to-end, regardless of how many borders the shoot crosses.
Do you handle productions in Switzerland?
Yes. We are headquartered in Zurich, so Swiss productions are direct work, not outsourced. We handle locations in Zurich, Geneva, Ticino, the Engadine and Alpine resorts, with permits, crew and talent sourced from our own selection and our local network. Briefs in EN, DE, IT, FR. Same workflow, same transparent budget structure as our Italian productions.
Can you produce outside Italy and Switzerland?
Yes. We follow the brief. Recent productions in the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura) and across the Mediterranean confirm that our end-to-end model travels. We bring our core production team to the destination and integrate local fixers, location scouts and permit specialists in-country, so you still get one partner and one transparent invoice, wherever the campaign shoots.
When is the best season to shoot in Puglia?
The strongest months are May, June, September and early October. Light quality peaks, temperatures stay workable (22 to 28°C), and tourist crowds are manageable. July and August are visually beautiful but the heat (often above 35°C inland) and tourist density in coastal towns make logistics harder. November to March work well for editorial and indoor masseria shoots, with stunning low-angle Mediterranean light and almost no permit competition.
Do you work with international clients directly?
Yes. Most of our client base is international: brands, creative agencies, art buyers and production companies based in Switzerland (our HQ), Italy, Germany, France, the UK, Spain, Greece, Turkey, the US and Australia. We handle briefs in English, Italian, German and French. All contracts under Swiss law.
