If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian needs to co-sign the application and any contracts. We never book minors without explicit family involvement, it's a non-negotiable.
From polaroids to signed
Send 4 plain photos (no filters, no makeup): face front, face profile, full body front, full body profile. Daylight, plain wall, your own clothes.
Full name, date of birth, city, height, hips, shoe size, eye and hair colour. A short note about you, what you do, why you want to model.
Our team reviews every application. We come back within one week, yes, no, or maybe-meet-us. Honest answer, every time.
If we see something we want to work with, we invite you to a meeting, Zoom or in-person in Zurich, Bari or wherever convenient. We explain the agency, you ask anything.
If both sides feel right, we sign a development or representation contract. Test shoots, polaroid set, comp card. Then we start placing you.

I have never modelled before. Can I still apply?
Yes, and we actually prefer it in many cases. New faces are how we build long careers. What matters is bone structure, presence and willingness to learn. We have a development track for first-time talents, case by case.
I already work as a freelance model. Why apply to an agency?
Freelance gets you the next booking. An agency gets you the next career. We bring you briefs you would never see solo (mother-agency network, casting direction work for international brands, repeat clients), we negotiate the rates, we hold the contracts, we cover the legal side. The application is the same as for new faces, four polaroids and the basics, so we can read you fresh against our current board. If your book is strong, send it too once we meet.
I am under 18. Can I apply?
Yes, from age 16, with a parent or legal guardian co-signing. We never accept applications from minors without explicit family involvement, and any booking under 18 requires written parental consent for that specific job. Our team is trained on minor protection, this is one of the things we will not compromise on.
I do not live in Italy or Switzerland. Can you still represent me?
Yes. We work with talents based across Europe, North Africa, and beyond. Most of our development happens via Zoom and remote check-ins, with in-person meetings when we book you on a shoot in our region. For talents far from our office, we coordinate with a partner agency in your country for local logistics.
What does the contract look like?
Two stages. First, a 6 to 12 month development agreement, we invest in test shoots and comp cards, you commit to working only with us during that window. After development, if both sides want to continue, we sign a full representation contract (1 to 3 years, exclusive). All contracts under Swiss law, transparent fee structure, no upfront fees.
Do I have to pay anything to be represented?
Never. A legitimate agency does not charge talents to sign, we make our money from booking fees on confirmed jobs (industry-standard percentage of the day rate). If any agency asks for an upfront fee, registration fee, course fee, or photo package fee, run. Test shoots and comp cards in development are paid by us, not by you.
How long until my first booking?
Honest answer: anywhere from 2 weeks (rare) to 6 months (more common for new faces). It depends on your look, the current market demand, the season, and how the test shoots come out. We do not promise timelines, we promise effort and honest feedback every step.
