People ask us this often. Why Zurich and Puglia. Why not Milan and Rome. Why not London and Paris.

The honest answer is that it is not a marketing choice. It is what works.

Zurich is where the contracts get signed

Switzerland is the legal, financial and contractual home for a model agency that serves an international clientele.

Tax framework. Swiss VAT is clean. Cross-border invoicing in EUR or CHF is routine. International clients know how to pay a Swiss company.

Contract law. Swiss contract law is recognized everywhere we work. A German art buyer, a British creative agency, a French luxury brand, none of them have an issue signing under Swiss jurisdiction.

Talent welfare. Swiss employment and social-protection frameworks for talent are above European average. For under-18 talent, the protective regime is among the strongest. We sign minors under Swiss frameworks specifically for this reason.

Puglia is where the work happens

Puglia is where most of our productions physically run. The locations, the crew, the catering, the wrap. The ground.

Local knowledge. Three generations of family relationships with masseria owners, municipal offices, local crew. This is what makes a 7-day permit turnaround possible when the official timeline is 15 days.

The light. May, June, September and early October light in Puglia is its own production input. A campaign that shoots there for the light cannot fake it elsewhere.

The talent home. Our Mother Agency talent base is heavily Mediterranean. Bari, Lecce, Taranto, Brindisi, Foggia. The talent lives where the campaigns shoot. Logistics simplify.

The Swiss layer handles the contract. The Puglia layer handles the work. Both are needed.

What this looks like to a client

If you are a client based in Zurich, Hamburg, Munich, Paris or London, the Zurich layer is your interface. Brief, contract, invoice, escalation, all handled in your timezone, your language, your legal frame.

The execution happens in Puglia (most of the time) but you do not need to manage it. The Zurich team coordinates with the on-the-ground team. You get one wrap report, one invoice, one point of accountability.

For a Casting Direction brief that runs across Italy plus partner agencies in Milan, Paris, London, Hamburg, Barcelona and NY, the Zurich-Puglia axis is the spine.

What this is not

It is not a marketing positioning slogan ("Swiss precision meets Italian craft").

It is an operating model. The Swiss side does what Swiss infrastructure does well (contracts, payments, frameworks). The Puglia side does what Italian infrastructure does well (productions, talent, locations, light).

A brand that wants both, not one or the other, books an agency built like ours. That is the entire pitch.
